Symptoms
Customer has setup 2 dedicated product configurator servers. When attempting to open a configurator session through a eCommunicationsObjMgr_enu thin client, they get the following errors:

Error Error 1 0 2007-09-09 22:14:02 Cfg Server Manager failed to retrieve a connection string using

enterprise: <EnterpriseName>
server: <Server1 Name>
Customer tried setting the DSPrimaryEnterprise on the server, gateway, and local subsystems but this does not help.
