Symptoms

Hello,
While troubleshooting Siebel Freeze issue raised by call center agents in Production, we found that there is a default Settings in IIS which makes the W3SVC service to bounce automatically for every 29 hours. This has resulted in W3SVC going down during day time too. Though there are other attributes for Siebel freeze, the time W3SVC went down and the time Siebel frozen are co-related and we would like to change/ disable these IIS Settings. We would like to have expert suggestions on changing these default IIS settings and the impact on IIS Webservers. Will there be any memory consumptions etc?

Attached is the screen shots of what is being recommended by Development team. Please review the same and let us know your feedback.

Thanks
