Symptoms

I have an applet whose web template is "Applet List Totals (Base/EditList)" and we're displaying the total for certain list column that is contained in this applet.
The question is....I want to display a label at the bottom of this applet like "Total amount:" or something like that.
I've seen that this template has a label at the bottom-left corner but it's not displayed.

Is there a straightforward way to display a label? If so, is it always going to be placed at the bottom-left corner?
