Goal
For the benefit of others:
The customer wanted to define some email templates. One of these templates was used for transferring Service Order and Service Request Information. They encountered a situation because the Service Request Business Component is not a child Business Component (BC) of Service Order and therefore the customer could not find it in the Iteration Child Business Component list.
