Symptoms
We are building a complicated set of personalization rules to filter opportunities for eBriefings. Currently the rule set consists of one expression.
I'm experiencing the following behaviour:
I've added severeal search specs to the inclusion expression until only one record is displayed. When I further refine the inclusion expression with a AND statement, which should eliminate all records, suddenly all records are visible again.
Therefore, I need to understand how exactly inclusion and exclusion expressions work and in which order they are evaluated.
