Symptoms
Bookshelf "Siebel Applications Administration Guide Version 8.0" shows the cancel query feature is enabled through the CancelQueryTimeOut parameter in the [SWE] section of the application configuration file (CFG). It is not applicable as this section does not exist in Siebel 8.0 anymore.
