Customer would like to load balance ESD, BHD and CTD components
Goal
Customer would like to load balance ESD, BHD and CTD components. This post applies for Load Balancing or providing High Availability for Siebel to ESD and for incoming Marketing Responses (Read Recipient, Forward to a Friend, Click in URL One Click Unsubscribe, Requested Call Back, etc) from external network (Internet) to CTD component and for incoming email bounces to BHD. This does not apply to the request from Email Marketing components to a load balance Siebel Server to update the Siebel Database.
Each of these are independent components must be load balanced separately from one another. Please see below details on how each component could be "Load Balanced"
