Workflow Process Metrics Functionality (Doc ID 604356.1)

Dear Support,

We would like to use WF Process Metrics to collect information about our workflows.
We don't know yet where we want to store those informations ( Datawarehouse, customized tables..)

Here are the informations we want to collect:
- when a process starts
- when a process ends
- if a process has an error
- what steps a process has been through

We are not able to find any documentation on Workflow Process Metrics Functionality.

Could you provide some or indicate us where to find some ?
