Loyalty Member Cannot Get Promoted To A New Tier Twice In A Day (Doc ID 740676.1)

Symptoms

 

Loyalty Members are not able to have 2 Tier changes within one day. As a result, the member does not get upgraded until the next day.

Steps to reproduce it:

1- In Loyalty Promotion, create and configure a Tier Promotion based on your business needs

2- Have a Member with enough points to be upgraded to a new Tier

3- Process Tier - Member Tier is changed as expected

4- On the same day, have the same member with enough point to be upgraded again to another new Tier

5- New Tier will only be changed next day
