How to clear Price List Cache for EAI Object Manager Server Component without shutdown its 24x7 service? (Doc ID 762869.1)

Symptoms

Once Price List was updated, it had to be released to the 24x7 business of Siebel Application. The EAI Object Manager and Workflow Process Manager Siebel Server components should immediately begin to use the new prices.

However the "Cache Refresh" button on the Pricing Administration view of Siebel Web Client does not help to achieve it.
