Symptoms

While adding Line Items to an order the following error is displayed:

"Error Invoking service 'Context Service' method 'GetRowSetData' at step 'Get Row Set'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
Variable 'postal code' has an invalid value in type, In/Out, On Null field or has an invalid source or source parameter

type. Please contact your Siebel Admin(SBL-ISS-00655)"

Changes

Customer had changed the data type of field to DTYPE_TEXT (in this case postal code is of type DTYPE_TEXT) same as that in the Variable map level and integration object level.
