Point Expiry Problem

The "Expire Points" button does not expire some points in view "LOY Member Point Accrual View".
The issue has been observed for the members that have Last Transaction Date grater than current day/time.
Steps to reproduce:
1) given a member with points that have expiration date less than today but these points have not been expired yet
2) for this member the user processes a transaction with date grater than today
3) as the transaction is processed the Last Transaction Date on the member will become that specific date in the future
4) navigate to member> point items and for the points with expiration date < than today press Expire Points
a) expected result would be to have the points with expiration date
b) the actual results are that nothing happens.
