Siebel Serer will not be started appropriately from cron job (Doc ID 799213.1)

Symptoms

On the Unix environment, when the script (siebel_restart.sh) with following contents was scheduled as a cron job, number of Siebel Server components did not start up.

/opt/siebel/gtwysrvr/bin/start_ns
. /opt/siebel/siebsrvr/siebenv.sh
/opt/siebel/siebsrvr/bin/start_server all
###

Many component log files showed the error message "(secmgr.cpp (2357) err=7010018 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10018: Can't load sscdo90(SBL-GEN-02500)"

When the same script was processed on the terminal client, all Siebel Server components started successfully.
