Symptoms
On invoking Assignment Manager using the existing out of the box "Order (Sales Credit Assignment)" Assignment object, the following error is observed in the Assignment log :
SBL-GEN-03006 Error when calling the function: DICInsRowExecStmt for Assignment.
Additional Message: pfNativeError: -99999; szSQLState: 22007; szErrorMsg: [XXX][CLI Driver] CLI0113E SQLSTATE 22007: An invalid datetime format was detected; that is, an invalid string representation or value was specified. SQLSTATE=22007

This can be reproduced using the steps below:
1. In Administration - Assignment, create an assignment rule using the existing Assignment Object, "Order (Sales Credit Assignment)".
2. Define any Criteria as needed
3. Go to Position Candidates, define a position to be assigned.
4. Release Assignment rules
5. Run it
