This issue occurs when accessing the application with the thin web client using a SSL accelerator / SSL reverse proxy setup. This is:
- Thin client communicates with SSL reverse proxy web server via https protocol
- SSL reverse proxy web server communicates with SWSE web server via http protocol
It is possible to login to the application using the URL: https:///callcenter_enu/
When going to a SR record > Menu > Print > Print Review, another browser page is being opened which shows the error:
The following error occurred:
[code=DNS_HOST_NOT_FOUND] The host name was not found during the DNS lookup. Contact your system administrator if the problem is not found by retrying the URL.
As per instructions from the bookshelf the object manager component parameter enforceSSL has been set to "true"
