Goal

Stop Siebel application sessions from either ungracefully timing out or not timing out properly.  Both these situations can happen due to improper 3rd party timeout settings.  Timeout parameters have been set in Siebel (both SessionTimeout and ConnIdleTime) as well as at the load balancer and firewall.
