Siebel Application Sessions Do Not Properly Timeout

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Siebel application sessions are not timing out properly in our production environment. Timeout parameters have been set in Siebel (both SessionTimeout and ConnIdleTime) as well as at the load balancer and firewall.
