Purpose

This document outlines trouble-shooting steps useful for debugging problems related to Directory Services Integration (DSI) functionality within Secure Global Desktop Software, (SGD). In particular, this procedure will define steps necessary to investigate why provisioned applications do not appear on a user's webtop when using Directory Services Integration (DSI).
