Symptoms

A PSH diagnosis message appears on the console with the MSG-ID FMD-8000-11 (The Solaris[TM] Fault Manager unable to determine message summary). 

The action recommended in the message: Run pkgchk -n SUNWfmd does not resolve the problem.
