RBAC Print Queue Error "UX:accept:ERROR: you aren't allowed to do that" (Doc ID 1004726.1)

Symptoms

The RBAC profile does not work if the command specified in exec_attr is a symbolic link - The default RBAC Printer Management profile does not work.

Having set up RBAC to use the default Printer Management profile, as supplied as part of OS installation, and trying to disable print queue, one receives an error:

UX:accept: ERROR: You aren't allowed to do that.

TO FIX: You must be logged in as "lp" or "root".
