Solaris[TM] 10 : pkgrm fails with SMF service "remains enabled; aborting" (Doc ID 1006611.1)

It is possible that the removal of a package in Solaris[TM] 10 fails with the following error messages :

svc:[service instance] remains enabled; aborting

pkgrm: ERROR: class action script did not complete successfully

Manually disabling the service using "svcadm disable <service>" does not solve the problem.
