Goal

This procedure should be used when you need to move a board from one domain to another very quickly.

This procedure prevents the System Board (SB) from being powered off, and then unassigns it from the current domain. Not powering the SB off, prevents it from losing its pass/fail status. This means that Hardware Power-On Self-Test (HPOST) does not have to run on the board, before adding it to the new domain.

This procedure is done completely on the System Controller (SC),  preventing the need to switch between the Domain and the SC.
