The se3kxtr utility collects support information from Sun Storage 3000 Arrays. This utility is a script comprised of a series of sccli commands. It requires the installation of the Sun StorEdge 3000 Family CLI (sccli) software. You can download and install this software by following <Document 1004352.1> How to Download and Install Sun Storage Configuration Service Software (SUNWsscs). Once the software is installed, the data may be collected by one of two methods.
- You can run the se3kxtr script directly at the command line to collect the data.
- You can use the extended options in the Oracle Explorer utility to collect the data.
Data can be collected in-band using the data path, or out-of-band using a network connection.
