Symptoms

Request timeouts coming back to the CommVault backup software
Error 0977
nfds=STATUS_PENDING


Error seen in acsss_event.log:
LMU error: Co_4400:st_parse_error: ACS 0: State s_dismount_int: Error "0977"
LSM logical error: Unable to unload drive.

Error seen in the LibAttach event log:
(17 = Unknown)[0]:
acs_select_input: select() failed, nfds=STATUS_PENDING
