Message LCM2123E Prevents ExLM Job From Executing or SLS2050I Issued During HSC Initialization (Doc ID 1014771.1)

Symptoms

ExLM job fails with error LCM2123E.

LCM2123E An active Nearline configuration change has been detected.  ExLM is terminating.

Display CDS output from HSC shows the following when there is no active reconfiguration activity in HSC:

   RECONFIGURATION IN PROGRESS ON HOST xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
(where x can be 0 or 1.  1=host where reconfiguration is flagged as active)

or

HSC may issue message SLS2050I during initialization.
SLS2050I command COMMAND DELAYED; RECONFIGURATION IS ACTIVE
