Symptoms

SLS2984D error received for scratch mount.
D SCR DET shows STD media scratches.
The scratch range in question is not STD (standard) media.
Scratch tapes are not showing up in the counts for the scratch range in question.
VOLRPT shows the scratch volumes.

SMC0046 LOCTYPE NO LIBRARY SCRATCH would have excluded all devices; not honored
SLS2984D volser ON DRIVE XXXX; SHORTAGE AA; MMMMMMMM; SSSSSSSS ; reply
