Symptoms

Message SLS6758I is issued for a VTV.

VTV shows status 'Replication Started'.
VTV is not being replicated.
VTVRPT shows Mounted status for VTV.
VTV is mounted on an offline VTD in the secondary VTSS of the cluster.
VTV is valid and may have been created days ago.
