Symptoms
A set of data has been successfully mirrored with Solaris Volume Manager (SVM). All I/O to the mirror appears to be normal. There are no delays in read/write operations and no errors in /var/adm/messages.
However, the output of metastat identifies both submirrors as Last Erred instead of Okay. For example:
Changes
There have been no recent changes to the system. There may of, (or may not of) been a cause and effect which can be attributed to the anomaly.
