Symptoms
Several symptoms may be seen:

The command scstat or scstat -i, hangs or produces errors, in the section on IPMP groups
-
The command scstat -i returns: "cannot connect to pnmd"

The command scstat doesn't show up the IPMP information
-
The following error: "Cluster.CCR:libpnm error: can't connect to PNMD"
- The cluster service, svc:/system/cluster/sckeysync:default, fails to start and can't be brought online.
