Purpose
This document explains how to troubleshoot a system that is not booting into expected multi user server mode 'all'.
Symptoms are that services like zones or nfs which were enabled before are disabled after a system reboot.
The document explains that expected milestone 'all' is sometimes confused with milestone 'multi-user-server'.
