This document describes which troubleshooting steps to take when trying to resolve problems related to logging into a Sun Blade 6000 or Sun Blade 6048 Modular system, and accessing the individual Sun Blade Server modules.

It does not show how to login to individual blade servers - that's covered in DocID 1019148.1 "How to login to Sun Blade Server Modules in a Sun Blade 6000/6048 Modular System"

Problems related to setting up user accounts is out of the scope of this document.
