Solaris Cluster Applications Running in non-global Zone/Container on Ports 8059-8062 Fail to Start (Doc ID 1019728.1)

Symptoms

The netstat -an command within the non-global zone does not show ports 8059-8062 in use but when an application tries to start on any of these ports, the application will fails to start.
