Solaris Cluster 3.x Cannot Create a File System, ufs, did, SVM, VxVM, Resolution Path (Doc ID 1020082.1)

Purpose

Creating a file system with newfs(1M) and mkfs(1M) is failing in SunCluster.

Symptoms: My attempts to create a file system while booted in cluster mode are failing.
I am using the newfs(1M) command. The command is failing with the error "No such file or directory"
