Symptoms

The launch of certain applications can result in display that is greatly distorted from what would be seen on a direct launch on the console.

Changes

This might be triggered through a change in application configuration, such as changing window managers or a change in color depth on either application server or in application configuration on the Secure Global Desktop (SGD) server.
