Unable to Access / Write to Client Drives from Applications Launched via Secure Global Desktop (Doc ID 1333230.1)

Users may be unable to access / write to Client Drives from applications launched via Secure Global Desktop (SGD).   In these scenarios,  the drives themselves would be visible, but users cannot save and / or retrieve from those drives.

The error presented may look like:

\\tsclient\P (rw) is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
The device is not connected.
