Steps on how to enable Roaming Client Profile in Oracle Secure Global Desktop

The Goal of this Knowledge Article is to provide the steps to enable Roaming Client Profiles. For example, consider a Secure Global Desktop (SGD) user who has preferred settings, such as:
'Span Multiple Monitors (Kiosk Mode)' enabled under 'Edit' - > 'Client Settings' -> 'Client Options' on their Webtop. When this user logs in from another client he / she will not be able retain the above settings, if the Roaming Client Profile is not enabled.
