Symptoms

After recent upgrade of Oracle DB to version 11gR2 in Solaris Cluster 3.2 failover HA-Oracle environment the SUNW.oracle_server resource fails to start due to timeout.
The /var/opt/SUNWscor/oracle_server/message_log.* shows the following errors:
