 Verify the problems list from the Appliance
 Check against the following FMA faults
 Check drive status
 Disk fault matches DISK-8000-12
 Clear fault
 Check pool status
 Are the faulted drives located on the same tray?
 Did the drives fail in close succession?
 Check if the HW configuration is correct
 Re-seat the drive
