Solaris 11 Express with support repository updates fails to upgrade to Solaris 11 (Doc ID 1375730.1)

After changing the repository from the support repository to the release repository attempting to upgrade to Solaris 11 from Solaris 11 Express (with support repository updates) fails.



Symptoms

After repointing pkg(1M) to the new release repository we see the following:

The change that triggers this error is switching to the release repository before upgrading to SRU#13.
