SL8500 - Getting Error Accessing a Particular Tape - Error: 0708 - LSM Robotics Error (Doc ID 1379727.1)

Customer has complained to us that they are getting error accessing a particular tape.
Looking in ACSLS, that volume (A00177) is not found, but all the others in sequence from AA00170 to AA0180 are found.

'greplog -i A00177 acsss_event.log' shows:
