Sun Storage Common Array Manager Reports "DTSListener transferAttemptFailed", HTTP Error 404 (Doc ID 1381185.1)

Symptoms

For Sun Storage Common Array Manager (CAM) release 6.9 and above, when performing a firmware update or using Service Advisor to put a storage array into service mode, messages similar to the following may appear in the Fault Management Service (fms) event log fms.0.

The location of the fms.0 log depends on the Operating Environment (OE) and install location. Below is a table which references the base directories for each OE.
 
%FMS_HOME% defines the location of the Fault Management Service component of CAM.
