Symptoms
An Oracle database fails to start in a Solaris Cluster environment and logs the following '<bin/oracle_server_start>' method failure in the system logs.
Please note in this example that the failure was logged on Jan 9 at 02:27:00, the Solaris Cluster resource name was 'my-prod', and the Solaris Cluster resource group name was 'my-prod-rg'.
