Solaris Cluster 3.x What error code causes the SUNW.sapenq resource to be "R_FM_DEGRADED"? (Doc ID 1408646.1)

Solaris Cluster - Version 3.2 to 3.3 U1 [Release 3.2 to 3.3]
Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)
Oracle Solaris on x86-64 (64-bit)

Purpose

This document explains why a Solaris Cluster SUNW.sapenq resource  (SAP enqueue server) goes into "R_FM_DEGRADED" state.

The questions are:
Which error code causes the resource status (enqueue-res) to change to "R_FM_DEGRADED" of the SUNW.sapenq fault monitor?
Why is the SUNW.sapenq service went into degraded mode instead of failing?

The typical message for such a behavior is:

The SAP replication resource did not receive any indication through its fault monitor that it had problems, but instead from the application logs that did indicate problems. This appears to have caused the SUNW.sapenq resource to go into a degraded state.
