Using Oracle Explorer v6.7 and v6.9 with the Tx000 option, does not prompt for CMM information (Doc ID 1421403.1)

Symptoms

The issue is regarding " when running explorer with the Tx000 option, it attempts to
contact the CMM which does not exists on T2000"
