Solaris Cluster: HA LDOM Migration Fails With "Migration of domain <ldom-res> timed out, the domain state is now shut off" (Doc ID 1423937.1)

Symptoms

The Logical Domain migration can time out when switching a SUNW.ldom resource (Solaris Cluster Data Service for Oracle VM Server for SPARC)  from one node to another when its 'Migration_type' property is set to 'MIGRATE'.  When this happens the following is reported in the system logs.


The switch over of the resource group will succeed and the SUNW.ldom resource will finish in the Online state.
However the Logical Domain migration fails and the Logical Domain is moved to the other node by stopping it and restarting it as opposed to the expected warm/live migration method.
