Solaris Cluster SMF Services are Disabled when Node/System/Server Booted Outside of Cluster (non-cluster-mode) with "Reason: Temporarily disabled by an administrator" (Doc ID 1435443.1)

Symptoms

While the node is booted out of Solaris Cluster with "boot -x", user sees some cluster boot services are disabled with the reason:

"Temporarily disabled by an administrator." or "Disabled by an administrator."
