The ODA HA ( Oracle Database Appliance High Availability ) offers two configuration options:
- The configurator can be executed on the ODA appliance during the deployment
- An offline configurator can be used ahead of time to pre-populate names, network and other appliance information
- ONLY use the Standalone configurator matching the same ODA version
- The offline configurator does not apply to the ODA Lite series of servers (Single-Node)
To confirm the version an existing ODA : As root local to each ODA Node:
oakcli show env_hw
We recommend using the current ODA configurator version on MOS or under the Oracle.com -> Product Downloads
However, you can download the attached ODA Configurators to provide a quick, initial assessment of ODA Configuration options and steps.
