T10000A/B- Drive Fails to Come Up After It Is Power Cycled

Sun StorageTek T10000B Tape Drive - Version All Versions to All Versions [Release All Releases]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Later build T10000A and all T10000B drives have the potential to fail to come up after they are power cycled with one of the following symptoms:
1) Boot Monitor
2) 6046 SNO
3) The drive does not IPL. (possibly with a solid red status LED)
4) FE01 SNO
Will not initialize
The drive will fail no matter what library slot location it is installed in.
The T10KA/B drive was power cycled.
