Solaris Cluster HAStoragePlus Validate Method fails with "Failed to open global zone /etc/vfstab: Too many open files". (Doc ID 1472181.1)

Symptoms

Solaris 10 running Solaris Cluster 3.3 05/11 aka update1 get errors with HAStoragePlus related commands.

The issue is seen when HarstoragePlus validate method will be called.

eg.

No error message found in the /var/adm/messages file about:
"Failed to open global zone /etc/vfstab: Too many open files".
