HAStoragePlus Validate Method fails with "Failed to open global zone /etc/vfstab: Too many open files". (Doc ID 1472181.1)

Symptoms

Solaris 10 running Solaris Cluster 3.3 05/11 aka update1 get errors with HAStoragePlus related commands.

The issue is seen when HarstoragePlus validate method will be called.

eg.
# clrs set -p failover_mode=log_only <Resource>
clrs: <nodename> - Failed to open global zone /etc/vfstab: Too many open files.

clrs: (C189917) VALIDATE on resource <Resource>, resource group <RG>, exited with non-zero exit status.
clrs: (C720144) Validation of resource <Resource> in resource group <RG> on node <nodename> failed.
clrs: (C219072) Failed to update resource properties for "<Resource>"

No error message found in the /var/adm/messages file about:
"Failed to open global zone /etc/vfstab: Too many open files".
