Ops Center: Cannot find cert in truststore error may indicate a need to they have to add the SSL cert the proxy uses to the certificate store

Customer cannot register their EC with their account username, they don't see the typical "Error retrieving Team data from Oracle" error which occurs if say a SSO/MOS user account needs to be linked to their Sun SOA account, instead they see an error "cannot find cert in truststore", example certificate errors in cacao.n below....



 Ask if the customer proxy is configured to intercept SSL?
