Symptoms

Live Upgrade can fail to create an ABE with an error like the following:

ERROR: Unable to create snapshot and clone of <BootEnvB> for ABE <rpool/zone1-BootEnvB>: The dataset already exists.
Reverting state of zones in PBE <BootEnvA>.
ERROR: Unable to copy file systems from boot environment <BootEnvA> to BE <BootEnvB>.
ERROR: Unable to populate file systems on boot environment <BootEnvB>.
Removing incomplete BE <BootEnvB>.
ERROR: Cannot make file systems for boot environment <BootEnvB>.
